Position Summary

***This is a full-time temporary position based onsite in Miami***

This Content Specialist will serve the content owner for all shore excursion products including copy and imagery. This role is responsible for producing, publishing, and maintaining the brand’s destination/onboard content across multiple channels including the website, PCP and other digital applications as needed. Responsibilities include data entry, review of marketing content and materials, and coordination with internal/external creative team as well as tour operators globally.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of tour content, including external creative services and editing, for Azamara’s global tour portfolio.
  • Support Marketing Manager with selection/resizing of tour images and description rewrite process, from initial review to creation of new content and edits.
  • Work with tour operators to confirm content is aligned with guest experience and collect feedback/approval of existing tours by region.
  • Support Product Development team with creation and maintenance of digital shore excursions brochures, from selection of imagery to uploading of content and edits.
  • Partner with external content providers to ensure the generation of high quality content is aligned to the brand's tone and voice.
  • Organize marketing content and assist in the creation of documentation to support content export and review exported content in test delivery system.
  • Manage project timelines and provide ongoing updates of project progress to internal teams.

Job Requirements


  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a web content publishing or similar role
  • Experience TeamSite or a similar CMS 
  • Solid project/time management skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English) to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Strong grammar, editing, proofreading and project coordination skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, journalism, a related field or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to constantly adapt and be flexible while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly-detail oriented; and organized in order to manage multiple tasks
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to go above and beyond what is expected to exceed guest expectations
