The Sr. Account Executive of Brand Development-Newbuilds and Revitalizations will support all next generation and fleet modernization efforts for Royal Caribbean International. This role will assist with concept development that directly respond to consumer insights, and will innovate and participate in the execution of what¿s next in terms of the vacation experience for the brand. Effective project management skills are essential to support all next generation and fleet modernization initiatives while collaborating across the organization (Marketing, Newbuild, Hotel Operations, Deployment and Finance) to establish an effective brand development process.


  • Assist with the establishment of the Brand Development-Newbuilds and
  • Revitalizations team to concept and execute the next generation and fleet modernization of Royal Caribbean ships.
  • Within the Brand Development- Newbuilds and Revitalizations team, oversee execution while continually enhancing our existing products.
  • Assist the Insights & Analytics team and analyze data to influence and develop the product.
  • Maintain roadmap and effectively project manage complex timelines and deliverables.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to understand how to adapt and evolve the strategy.
  • Support Sr. Manager with brand development process for all next generation and fleet modernization while working closely with Newbuild and OPS on concept development and the accurate execution of concepts to ensure innovation and authenticity are maximized.
  • Create presentations showcasing the business environment, current product positioning, competitive landscape, insights and data findings to share recommendations.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years business, product/brand marketing or operations experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the travel/cruise industry
  • Past Experience working with Architects/Designers/Creative & Innovation Consultants a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and research results to make recommendations
  • Ability to apply strong analytical, financial, conceptual and strategic thinking
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to take personal initiative
  • Strong business acumen
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong key computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
