Job Description



As a member of the Global Talent function, the Senior Executive Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.



Establish internal executive recruiting function for Royal Caribbean Cruises International & partner with senior leaders to establish in-house capability. 

Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements

Partnering with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation and others to drive executive level hiring initiatives. 

Advising hiring leaders on the application of processes, systems, regulations and policies.

Maintain responsibility for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive–level roles. 

Collaborate with team members, and help with the continuous enhancement of executive attract and hire processes. 

Manage the day–to–day interaction with candidates and clients, and agencies.

Educate client leadership on market trends, cycle times, and other key performance metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve client and business needs. 

Perform interviews to assess candidate's capabilities, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, execute candidate follow–up and feedback. 

Provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages. 

Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws. 

Work closely with executive coordination to facilitate exceptional onboarding experience.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience building relationships senior leaders/executives and managing those relationships



  • 10+ years of experience with recruiting executives, including progressive growth and increased accountability over time in current or past companies
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role
  • Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates
  • Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle
  • Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Flexibility to operate effectively in a global construct and to travel as needed.
  • Highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer competency with Microsoft Office products
  • Energetic self-starter, with strong leadership skills, work ethic, and highest level of integrity.
