Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst role will assist the Corporate Development Integration team with integration program reporting and fulfilling the requirements to successfully integrate a Cruise Line (called Silversea) into the Royal portfolio.  The Senior Analyst will be independently supporting the functional integration milestones to completion and will be tracking synergy achievements.  The purpose of this joint venture is to centralize corporate and shared functions for efficiency and to achieve long-term cost savings and revenue generation for Silversea.  Currently, the program is being executed and functions are tracking to an identified set of projects with milestones.  These projects have interdependencies with IT as well as HR and Finance.  This role will require an individual that can communicate cross-functionally and effectively with Senior Leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for outputs include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide detailed synergy updates and reports as requested
  • Update monthly services reporting to the JV partner (Silversea)
  • Fulfill ad-hoc corporate development requests regarding Integration status


  • Track integration project milestones to completion and identify actions to close-out
  • Provide updates to the Corporate Development Integration Leader on status of the program
  • Raise pertinent issues and risks to the Corporate Development Integration Leader for resolution
  • Support bi-weekly focus area and ad hoc function meetings to resolve project interdependencies and issues
  • Populate and advise on the integration scorecard
  • Incorporate IT project milestones into an overall integration plan
  • Understand mechanisms for tracking cost savings and/or revenue future opportunities with the ability to model in Excel
  • Attend meetings in a professional manner providing concise meeting summaries with action items

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Business, or Engineering-related field
  • 2-3 years in an independent analyst or project management role with exposure to transactions (M&A, integrations)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and/or cruise line related company preferred
  • Effective communication with executives, associates, and corporate resources, proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Advance meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to estimate workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously; excellent time management skills
