Job Description


The Sr. Account Executive, Digital Marketing is focused on improving the areas of the website that help a prospective guest make the decision to book a voyage, or voyage plus (plus includes pre/post land programs and air). They are responsible for the full end-to-end web journey as seen through the eyes of a prospective guest, owning the development of content and new functional experiences for voyage and land product pages, product search results page, discovery landing pages, and the booking engine.


  • Guide end-to-end deployment of promotions for cruise and land (from homepage hero to booking engine), and supporting global market promotions, and QA all promotions immediately following launch
  • Develop and deploy prospective guest optimization testing roadmap with agency and Excalibur teams, and communicating performance
  • Engage with strategic finance team to determine currency and language rollout plan in on search results, product pages, discovery landing pages, and booking engine
  • Develop ship landing pages for new builds, along with supporting teaser campaigns for new builds
  • Maintain existing brand discovery/informational pages tied to a prospective guests¿ web journey
  • Support brand awareness campaigns by developing new landing pages as needed
  • Support product releases including new deployments, redeployments, and new land programs
  • Partner with contact center to gather feedback and troubleshoot caller issues with website, and keep contact team¿s training on new web enhancements up to date
  • Monitor technical performance and troubleshooting prioritized defects and bugs with IT partners and agencies
  • Responsible for reporting on voyage and voyage plus web performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end basis
  • Successfully transition and communicate new changes to prospective areas of website in partnership with Excalibur team


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
  • Significant digital marketing and/or marketing experience.
  • Great team player and communicator.  Experience working in collaborative environments leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Upbeat, naturally positive outlook and demeanor.
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers, agency partners and management.
  • Strategic decision-making and analytical skills, ability to quickly synthesize data, identify implications and implement change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
