Job Snapshot

Job Description

Celebrity Cruises exists to open up the world, leading from the front as a progressive, modern luxury, purpose-driven brand. We create the most desirable, most award-winning vacations and experiences at sea. But don’t take our word for it. According to TIME Magazine, we built one of the World’s 100 Greatest Places, our newest ship, Celebrity Edge. Other prestigious publications have called our ships “transformational,” “game-changing” and “the designer ship of [their] dreams.” We have ambitious growth plans and more new world-class ships on the way that will transform the industry, yet again.

Our President and CEO, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, is an award-winning and highly respected business leader. Since being appointed almost five years ago, Celebrity Cruises has experienced unprecedented growth and shareholder value.  And, because she is the first female President and CEO of one of our corporate brands, she receives many invitations and requests to speak about Celebrity, the maritime industry, leadership, and all our company does to advance diversity and inclusion - specifically gender diversity.

She and her team are re-defining the cruise category. She is passionate about challenging and redefining assumptions about the maritime industry, raising the bar on diversity and inclusiveness and rallying young women to dream differently. She is a champion of equality, inclusivity and pushing boundaries. She is a champion of Celebrity Cruises and has a unique opportunity as the first female CEO, given that 80% of the vacation decisions are made by women.
