Job Description

Position Summary:


This position will be an integral part of the execution of the Finance Rotation program strategy including Super day interviews and Campus recruiting events. This will include analysis and reporting that will help us with the strategy of this program. This position is responsible to coordinate Finance all hands annual meetings, Directors and above annual meetings, and investors, banks, and analysts days.  In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting the finance organizational needs as a result of the Talent Review process and engagement survey and will conduct analysis on the results of the survey in partnership with the HR Business Partner.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the execution of the Finance Rotational program.
  • Including, coordinating team luncheons, offsite events and following up w up monthly with participants on status of program
  • Conducts analysis and reports to assist with the finance rotational program
  • Coordinates Super Day interviews and Campus recruiting events.
  • Prepares analysis as a results of the engagement survey results of the finance organization and helps identify action plans in partnership with the HR Business Partner.
  • Understands the Talent needed for the Finance organization and helps to monitor development plans
  • Work closely with our recruiter(s) and team members to schedule candidate interviews, reserve rooms, book travel, and any other logistics to ensure our candidates have an exceptional experience.
  • Understand the entire interview process from start to finish, and constantly think of creative, innovative ways for improvements.
  • Participates in ¿candidate experience¿ initiatives and coordinate special events, including open-house events and creative sourcing campaigns.
  • Work with HR to develop structured growth paths for out top talent.
  • Contributes to the creation of strategy around Diversity recruitment, including sourcing and identifying partnerships at the Campus level, local, and national level
  • Creates adhoc reporting for IR, using our database.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • Prior experience working with college level students and event planning
  • Demonstrated experience working with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Professional presence, including the proven ability to interact with senior-level management
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak recruiting season
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; must be comfortable and confident when speaking to large populations
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and still be able to execute flawlessly.
  • Incredibly organized and with superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
  • Creative and process-driven, you¿re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
  • Highly collaborative mindset.
