Traditional ways of recruiting are no longer effective and progressive companies are hiring the right talent through building a comprehensive and effective recruitment marketing strategy that speaks to the Company’s value and what they are looking for.


This role will participate in developing and then have  full accountability for executing the employment brand, channel strategy and activating it across the global business. The scope of this role's responsibility includes driving awareness of and shaping the company's reputation for both internal and prospective external candidates. It’s your job to ensure brand and marketing consistency across recruitment programs, channels and materials.


Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to translate the recruitment strategy into action oriented initiatives and build a comprehensive plan to deliver the strategy.
  • Understand specific business needs and work with leaders to develop strategic campaigns for shipboard and land-based hiring globally and/or in a specific geography
  • Consult and provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition team on external insights, practices, solutions, and reputation management
  • Manage complex projects that have global impact with a team of cross functional experts.
  • Build partnerships with Communications, Marketing, Digital and collaborate on global initiatives and campaign-specific content.
  • Global vendor management of external recruitment advertising partners and projects to ensure quality services are delivered as expected; manage SLAs.
  • Provides ongoing analytics and data to show the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing strategy with clear ROI on quality of hire and other productivity metrics. Uses data to make ongoing business improvements.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred


Work Experience:  

  • Strong talent acquisition experience of at least 10 – 12 years.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in in marketing or advertising or related role will be highly desirable.
  • Experienced working across multiple divisions and broad functional areas to develop vision, obtain buy-in and support, communicate and provide strong leadership for implementing vision
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen, is a skilled negotiator and can drive a commercial dialogue with external vendors.
