The Agile Delivery Manager role in our Product Development PMO team is a critical role to help scale the continuous improvement program across our fleet wide initiative programs. This role brings together the tools of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and RCI¿s customer-obsessed culture to drive continuous customer experience improvement.


  • Drive continuous improvement culture change through Agile & Lean application
  • Develop, lead and mentor teams on the Agile & Lean methodologies and practices
  • Provide learnings and recommendations to Product teams, identifying and prioritizing where we focus system, process and tooling improvements
  • Drive execution of key projects and initiatives to support the Continuous Improvement program
  • Develop the right metrics to measure process quality and productivity, providing meaningful feedback to product, marketing and business teams
  • Gain consensus to push change forward while keeping variation between cross functional teams to a minimum
  • Establish a partnership with managers to develop Agile delivery methods across multiple regional teams
  • Collaborate and communicate with teams on best practices, programs of study and knowledge sharing
  • Champion standard work based on Lean principles, despite the pressure to deviate
  • Ability to work in a start-up, accelerated growth environment with high level of ambiguity


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor¿s Degree in Engineering, Product Development or similar
  • 5+ years of Agile / product / project management experience with demonstrated success delivering programs of medium to high complexity
  • Engineering Degree, Product Development, Project Management or equivalent
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • PMP or Agile Certified Practioner (ACP) or ScrumMaster
  • Demonstrated success deploying Agile practices & process improvement initiatives across product teams
  • Proven experience instructing managers and individual contributors, facilitating experience at all levels of the organization and to audiences of all sizes
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • A self-starter, able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated change management experience with successful results
  • Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver products/services
