Qualifications
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, Implement and guide Development for AMOS Registrations, Data Governance, Inventory Cost Savings and other AMS applications
2. Lead Data/Technical role for projects within the Asset Management department
3. Strive for continuous improvement of data quality and standardization across the fleet
4. Support Asset Management projects ensuring adherence to PMO and Global Project Management Standards.
5. Develop, implement and support Asset Management Digitalization Strategy in coordination with PMO in order to expand business analysis capabilities of the Marine Operation and drive data driven decision making
6. Leads a team of 2 ¿ 3 Asset Management technical experts
7. Works closely with key internal/external stakeholders to understand how to adapt and evolve the strategy for delivering high-quality and successful projects
8. Facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders
9. Continuous research on improved efficiencies of current products and its content including new innovations
10. Remains current with industry trends, especially as related to contemporary management techniques

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or related field preferred
2. 8-10 years of experience with AMOS M&P systems, with at least 5 years of experience as system administrator
3. IT Technical expert
4. In depth understanding of project management processes. Professional accreditation preferred
5. Expert knowledge of database architecture, content and development
6. Advanced experience with Oracle, SQLSVR, Powerbuilder and .NET
7. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office based systems such as Excel, Visio, Word and Project are required
8. Experience in the travel/cruise industry preferred
9. Experience: 5-10 years with 2-5 years of experience leading a team
10. Fluent in English
