Position Summary 

The analyst will be working on the implementation of a new HCM system. Also, will be analyzing defects and enhancements requested to the HR Technology team. The analyst will help facilitate business process improvement, analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications. This resource manages the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements. The Analyst will also coordinate and manage the implementation and/or integration of products or new features for clients including client training.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop solutions to meet customer business needs across the HCM landscape.
  • Responsibilities include the creation, communication, training, and rollout of standardized HRIS processes.
  • Assist in the development of data models and interface design specifications.
  • Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions; provide technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutions.
  • Develop functional test plans and scenarios for HCM and HR systems.
  • Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing and tracking test performance.
  • Participate in project team for an HCM implementation project.
  • Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality; triage and troubleshoot complex user-reported system defects; assist in various system trouble shooting and balancing and correction efforts including analysis, verification and validation of issues and fixes.

Job Requirements



Bachelors degree (B.A.) in an analytical or business discipline from an accredited four year college or university and two to four years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred. Previous cruise line or travel industry experience preferred. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong Experience using an HCM technology
  • The analyst will be responsible for knowing all appropriate software with the HR Technology Portfolio
  • Excellent skills in the following areas: Follow-up, organization, analytical, flexibility, and internal processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Team player with the desire and capability to step in as needed to ensure the achievement of the department’s goals.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must possess the ability to navigate within a corporate environment and build successful business relationships in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management.
