Position Summary:

 

Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Manager Global Talent Branding will play an integral role in further developing the company’s employment brand and employee value proposition.  The role will be required to partner closely with Corporate Communications, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Executive Succession teams.  The role is responsible for developing engaging content that will strengthen Royal Caribbean’s employer brand and advance talent strategies both internal and external to the organization.   This individual will further help shape the talent attraction and brand strategies through a variety of programs and channels to build employment brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to develop, socialize and communicate our employee value proposition, while ensuring alignment with our talent attraction efforts and delivering compelling messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal and external messaging that will advance the Royal Caribbean talent strategy. 
  • Lead the design and delivery of the organizations Employment Value Proposition; will partner with the Talent Attraction Marketing Manager to build global employment branding content, programs and initiatives that produce awareness and draw high quality candidates for both shoreside and shipboard populations of our brands.
  • Assist in developing campaigns for our employee experience and D&I initiatives; will partner with Talent Attraction, Talent Management and Learning & Development to ensure additional campaigns are tied to the EVP and employment brand.
  • Identifies and creates tools and channels to communicate with different key audiences and re-thinks storytelling internally and externally. Manage our social media and digital strategy through various channels.
  • Provides ongoing analytics and data insights on the effectiveness of our employment branding strategies tied to key hiring, productivity and growth objectives.
  • Validate the EVP programs in relation to our other broader organizational programs to ensure they are aligned and/ or make improvement suggestions.
  • Develop a content calendar and manage the messaging for the global talent function.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Communications team on global initiatives and create campaign-specific content.
  • Determine strategy to create external brand awareness via articles, submissions, conference presentations and other publications.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications or other related fields.
  • Experienced working across multiple divisions and broad functional areas to develop vision, obtain buy-in and support, communicate and provide strong leadership for implementing vision.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience developing, defining and executing attraction, outreach and generation strategies through various channels to meet high growth recruiting objectives.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and solutions.
