Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver profitable revenue generation for the Royal Caribbean brand,
  • Provide leadership, motivation and personal development to the Trade Sales and Trade Marketing teams
  • Develop, implement and manage the sales strategy, including account management, negotiation, acquisition strategies for new business opportunities, and local business partners
  • Develop, implement and manage the trade marketing strategy
  • Plan, budget and coordinate the efficient and effective use of Sales & Marketing budgets including traditional media, coop marketing, tactical incentives
  • Liaison with Global HQ Marketing team on brand positioning, leveraging global assets and developing local consumer media plan to be relevant in local markets and drive results
  • Collaborate with Singapore leadership team and Global HQ team to create a positive and productive working environment across all departments
  • Spokesperson for Royal Caribbean at key trade events
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of strategy, process, and policy


Job Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge and skills:


  • Years of experience negotiable for the right person. We seek the right company culture fit & attributes
  • Experience working for an international / matrix company 
  • Basic knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, creative problem solver who is adaptable in fast changing situations
  • Ability to develop & implement action plans to achieve desired results within expected timeframe and ability to quickly adapt the action plan to meet new demands of the business
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Confident and clear verbal, written and public speaking communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and ability to travel (estimated to be 50% of the time)
  • Strong business acumen including negotiations, financial analysis and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record with leading & coaching teams to deliver success
  • Fluent in written & spoken English; additional Asian languages an advantage
