Brief Description of Team:
The Digital Experience Strategy team is responsible for helping set the future guest and crew experience. Responsibilities include topical research, analytics, data gathering, conducting workshops to define the digital experience, and collaborating with business units and functional areas to determine how to leverage digital capabilities within their strategic plans. Additional responsibilities include project management, interviews to collect insight from guest and crew members, business case development.
Brief Description of Internship Project:
• Conduct research on digital capabilities employed across the travel & leisure industry and synthesize findings.
• Assist with preparing, coordinating, and conducting experience design workshops / may be onboard our ships
• Help prepare corporate planning materials, including strategic and operating plans for the Digital organization

Job Requirements

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate degree program related to Business, Technology, Product Design or similar field. 
  • A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
  • Values teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
  • Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to dedicated to continuous improvement
