Position Summary:

The main function of the Customer & Integrated Marking Temp will be to manage and execute email, direct mail, and integrated marketing campaigns for both Cruise Ticket revenue as well as Onboard Revenue, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, with the primary goal of revenue generation, awareness and improvement of guest experience, as well as optimizing strategies, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Assist in the development and deployment day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns, including developing the creative brief and working with the agency and external vendors to develop assets.

*Assist in the development and deployment of periodic direct mail marketing campaigns, including developing the creative brief and working with the agency and external vendors to develop assets.

*Develop and own weekly testing strategies for campaigns

*Responsible for Email and Direct mail pre-deployment QA along with agencies and vendors.

*Own email and direct mail production process, asset delivery, QA and timely/ accurate deployment with agency.

*Collaborate with key stakeholders including marketing, business intelligence, onboard revenue, and hotel operations teams for flawless execution and drive email and direct mail performance.

*Responsible for the creative refresh timelines, upkeep, and execution of all trigger programs and automations along with agency and vendors.

*Own high-level performance reporting of engagement metrics, heat maps, and conversion from email campaigns.

*Assist with upkeep and distribution of Integrated Promotional Calendar as well as Email Calendar

*Brief creative agency on all integrated marketing campaigns for all channels

*Responsible for managing program archive of creative, as well as distribution to internal stakeholders.



Education: BS/BA in Marketing or related field

College degree required. 1 to 3 years of experience in Email and Direct Mail marketing

Execution: excellent attention to detail and follow through

Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional team members

Familiarity with metrics-based marketing

Email/Direct Mail Tools: knowledge with email and direct mail platforms such us Exact Target, Salesforce, Siebel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write marketing copy, including strong calls-to-action for targeted audiences.

Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible

Industry knowledge: passionate about cruise/travel industry, eCommerce and CRM
