We are looking for a talented individual that supports our Continuous Improvement program focusing on our Cruise Ship Design Processes. Our Design Operations team is driving all design decisions, manages our architectural and design partners to innovative products being delivered in our Ship Newbuilding Program and our Fleet Modernization Program.
Reporting to the Director of Design Operations (with a dotted line to our Business Excellence team), the Continuous Improvement Analyst identifies process improvement opportunities, creates and maintains a backlog of initiatives and drives continuous improvement workshops and analytics.
