An exciting new opportunity has been made available for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our team based in North Sydney. Celebrity Cruises is a global, multi-billion dollar, modern-luxury cruise line based in Miami, Florida with local offices in Sydney and Auckland. The Commercial Analyst role is key to the future success of the business. With a focus on providing critical support to the Commercial Manager with relevant, timely and accurate management information, the role will enable effective strategic decision making across the entire management team. The role has two primary purposes:  to provide analysis and strategic insights into sales and marketing performance and opportunities and to ensure the APAC region achieves its revenue performance objectives.  The position requires a strong degree of global collaboration, particularly with Celebrity Cruise UK&I and US to ensure consistency in reporting and planning and the delivery of insights to key stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Provides business insights to the team in order to set the strategy and tactics for the Market to exceed its annual operating plan and grow the APD of the region
• Provides insights and opportunities to achieve the annual guest and revenue plan for local and international guests on Local product and for APAC guests on international products
• Collaborates with the Director of Sales to provide insights into Trade Performance and analyses opportunities to drive additional business through the channel
• Supporting with the development of annual commission plan goals for the region
• Assists the marketing team with analysis and insights required for promotional planning
• Supports the Director of Sales with business intelligence required for contract negotiation, investment performance, and sales incentives for the team
• Establish and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders in other offices to share best practices in reporting, insights, and analysis
