Job Description

The Associate Vice President Revenue Management (Product) is responsible for maximizing Net Ticket Revenue (NTR) of more than $4.5B across all products and markets for the brand. This entail leading a team of over 50 professionals including 2 Directors who will report into the role directly. The AVP will collaborate closely with Executive management on strategic initiatives focused on driving revenue lift over a multi-year period. This position is responsible for staying on top of industry best practices, trends and opportunities.  As such they will have oversight of the training and development team that is charged with facilitating new hire training, ongoing development and best practices. This person ensures that change management is optimized across the global product teams and that best practices are adhered to globally. 

 

  • Driving more than $4.5B in annual Net Ticket Revenue.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding our annual Net Ticket Revenue Plan.
  • Partners with Strategy on global sourcing market optimization.
  • Drive process improvement and change management.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Executives, mainly with Sales, Marketing, IT, Hotel, Marine and Deployment on execution of strategy.
  • Drive and ensure best practices are consistent globally.
  • Develop and mentor a high performing team to lead data driven strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Owns the global employee engagement within RM.
  • Owns the global execution of revenue strategy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of strategy and planning experience. 
  • Experience with cruise, airline and hospitality industry clients would be most desirable. Combination of education and experience in related field will be considered.
  • Excellent leadership, motivation, and mentorship abilities. 
  • Ability to coach and develop team members. 
  • Counsel and decision support to senior leadership. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Skilled in analyzing information and solving problems. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across Business Units with all levels of management and employees.
