Job Description

The International Social Account Executive will be responsible for managing select market social handles. This person will collaborate with the social strategy, community, and content teams to ensure strategic direction and tactics are being executed cross-platform, that we are consistently engaging and fostering a relationship with our fans, and that publishing on each page is done consistently always keeping in mind brand tone and local sensitivities for each market. This person will also be responsible for liaising between the social team, local markets, and the international team to communicate social market status and projects.

1. Responsible for daily publishing across select international markets. 
2. Tracks the weekly and monthly social media calendar to ensure local holidays are being accounted for during the planning process.
3. Consistently communicates with international and local markets to ensure relevant promotions are being communicated across social platforms.
4. Collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure we are telling the full brand story across platforms
5. Works especially close with strategy and international teams team to be sure we are highlighting any and all need products and telling those stories as effectively as possible.
6. Stays well informed of international events, holidays, and trends to aid the brand in connecting with global audience.
8. Work with international social media teams to make sure overall social and brand strategy are being applied to platforms and providing feedback to increase engagement and impressions.

Job Requirements


-  Must be proficient in spoken and written Spanish; additional languages preferred
-  Previous international social experience preferred
-  1+ years of related industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing or consulting)
-  1+ years successfully creating content for social media and other platforms
-  Creative thinker with a strategic mindset that- s able to propose and collaborate on disruptive ideas that go beyond the brief
-  Deep knowledge of social media channels, platforms, best practices and innovations both paid and organic on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Web, blogs, among others.

-  Experience with social analytics tools such as SocialBakers and/or Brandwatch a huge plus


-  Must be proficient in spoken and written Spanish
-  Must have excellent attention to detail
-  Passionate about the creation of content with an understanding of how tone of voice and storytelling generate engagement
-  Able to analyze project requirements and provide accurate turnaround timelines while practicing superior time management
-  Works well under pressure and is capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
-  Takes ownership over assignments, seeing them through to completion.
-  Dependable, eager, respectful, proactive.
-  Eager to learn and does so quickly.
-  Self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative personality.
-  Knowledge of social media marketing tools preferred
