Job Description


The Digital Media Account Executive will support the media team by managing the day-to-day operations and execution of all digital media campaigns. This person will collaborate with multiple internal teams such as, Web Teams, Creative Services, Promotions, Brand Marketing and Strategy, as well as external Media and Creative Agencies for activation and optimizations across all digital media channels.



- Responsible for briefing the Creative Services team and Social Media teams on all campaign goals and required materials and timeline.  Must ensure that all creative materials are delivered by the Creative Services and Social Media teams on time and according to spec.

- Produce display, paid social media and online video traffic workbooks which include linking URLs with tracking tags and the creative rotation by site and placement.  Will also deliver the traffic workbooks (with instructions) to the Media Agency within the established timelines.

- Build tracking codes with Campaign Naming Convention tool and ensure all codes are accurately flowing into Adobe Analytics Web reporting platform.

- Work closely with marketing teams on campaign initiatives, concepts and asset creation to support campaign goals and tactical product and/or regional support to holistically shape the user experience and consumer journey.

- Produce Ad Hoc and on-going media campaign and web analytics reporting

- Work with Sr. Digital Media Account Executive to recommend creative and copy optimization based on data and findings.

- Align with Web and ecommerce merchandising teams on optimal landing page experiences for all our digital media campaigns.

- Develop strong copy for consumer-facing direct response native advertisements and text based creative variations.

- Continually audit our 3rd party Dynamic creative platforms and campaigns to ensure pricing and creative segmentation is accurate.

- Stay up-to-date with digital media industry developments.

Job Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree required preferably with a major in Marketing or Business Administration.

- 2-3 years of experience working on Digital Media and Marketing campaigns.

- Previous experience working within or with a media Agency and/or hands-on work experience in Digital Media and Web marketing.

- Previous digital media trafficking experience preferred.

-Understanding of various digital media advertising technologies including 3rd party ad servers (Sizmek, FlashTalking, DoubleClick etc.) preferred.

- General understanding of HTML coding is preferred. Working knowledge of JavaScript, and Flash preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot.

- Well-organized, with firm follow-through skills.

- Understanding of creative optimization and A/B testing.

- Highly-motivated and tech savvy with a desire to expand their knowledge of digital media strategies and tactics.

- Experience working with creative teams on design and objectives of our digital media assets.

- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.

- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.

- Has demonstrated a strong attention to detail and accuracy in previous position(s).

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, able to handle continual change, flexible and works well under deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 

- Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Familiarity with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium, strongly preferred.

- Understanding of Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and associated campaign tracking, strongly preferred.
