Job Description


This is a position responsible for collecting, digesting, and analyzing data from multiple sources and communicating the results in an appropriate format in order to support the decision making within the Accommodations & Refurbishment Department. Employee will review policies and procedures for standardization across brands and identify opportunities for improvement. Employee will develop reporting templates as needed to communicate achievements and progress with our internal clients and stakeholders.


  • Identify opportunities to improve operating and financial performance through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Accommodation Maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on operating results and suggest consequent actions to owners
  • Develop budget proposals, CAR Financials and long-term cost-benefit analyses
  • Formulate efficient research plans and methods for analyzing large amounts of data
  • Monitor, assess and create data driven reports from department specific interfaces (AMOS, ISSUTRAX, HOTSOS, PRF, TUNGSTEN, etc )
  • Assist in the development and implementation of benchmark reports for operating groups
  • Summarize trends and relationships through graphs, presentations and info-graphics
  • Responsible for ¿on-demand¿ initiatives as defined by senior management
  • Strong collaboration is required with subject matter experts to establish the long-term vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.


  • Collect and analyze data from brand finance and communicate results in a visual format with recommendations on corrective actions.
  • Assist in development of capital project budgets and provide report on financial status of active capital projects.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Project Management or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • 3- 5 years experience in finance, business or other analytical or process improvement position required. 
  • Software Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office & Project, AMOS, Tungsten, IMS, and other company specific interfaces
  • Ability to travel 20%


  • Advance Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project strongly preferred.  Knowledge of Brio is helpful.
  • Advanced analytical skills with broad exposure to operations research and statistics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize as needed.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations along with strong operational focus.
  • Inherent interpersonal and collaboration skills establishing good cooperation with all levels of management and employees. 
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, professional journals, technical instructions or maritime regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and process manuals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, inquiries and remarks.
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
