2020 China Future Leaders Program

Who we are looking for: Seeking undergrad and MBA students graduating in May 2020.

About the Program: This program is designed to build future leaders for RCL’s Shanghai office by recruiting high-potential talent seeking a long term career in China. Program participants will have an opportunity to go through a structured 24-month immersion to understand Royal Caribbean International’s business through an international rotation program. The initial 12 months will be based in the Miami, FL headquarters and the second rotation will include 12 months in China in our Shanghai office. At the end of the program, participants will be placed into an appropriate position in China at the end of the rotation experience.

Job Requirements

MBA Students

Rotations may include Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, Digital and Deployment. Future career trajectory: Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Onboard Revenue, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree completed in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or quantitative degree program and currently enrolled in MBA program.
  • MBA students graduating in May 2020 and available to begin in August 2020
  • Must have 2-5 years of previous experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and authorized to work in China
  • Must be willing to work permanently in China (Shanghai) following the first year in Miami
  • Fluent in English and native proficiency in Mandarin
  • Ideally a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of critical thinking
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Passion for cruise industry

Undergraduate Students

Rotations may include Revenue, Onboard Revenue, Sales Reporting. Future career trajectory: Commercial Analyst, Sales Analyst, GTS Analyst, Onboard Revenue Analyst etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or quantitative degree program
  • Students graduating in May 2020 and available to begin in August 2020
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and authorized to work in China
  • Must be willing to work permanently in China (Shanghai) following the first year in Miami
