POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Analyst, Total Rewards provides comprehensive analytical support to the Total Rewards team and Operational business units through research and analysis and administrative processing activities.

Responsibilities require a broad knowledge of compensation administration methods, practices and techniques as well as an in depth knowledge of analysis and reporting techniques. 

REPORTING SUPERVISOR/SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

This position will report to Manager of Total Rewards and will work closely with all the Human Resource Business Partners and stakeholders. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide analytical support, solve complex problems and engage in multiple projects and initiatives across various areas in a multi-system environment. 
  • Develop a full and detailed understanding of HR data available across the Company including familiarity with all the systems involved in maintaining that data. 
  • Develop the expertise to be able to access data and report from all platforms and then consolidate data into meaningful reports/presentations. 
  • Provide recommendations to improve the type and quality of data available. 
  • Assess and analyze HR data across all businesses. Utilize analyses to provide leaders with insights about HR; partner with the business to determine appropriate measures to assess the impact/effectiveness of changes, programs, etc. 
  • Develop standard monthly and quarterly reports; design, run and maintain ad hoc queries. 
  • Supports annual compensation process by preparing reports, collecting and summarizing recommendations for management review, conducting ad hoc analysis to ensure changes are aligned with budget, and conduct reconciliations. 
  • Responsible for integrity of data in the HR system. Continuously monitors and audits HR data and works with HRBP team to ensure accuracy of employee data.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required: Bachelor Degree. In lieu of Degree 5 years of combined work experience corporate compensation can be substituted. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

  • Strong analytical, mathematical and statistical skills required. Extremely detailed and accurate, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, charts and other advanced functions). Strong working knowledge of MS Office and administration, Hyperion Studio Reporting is a plus. 
  • Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. 
  • Ability to run and analyze reports and participate in systems enhancement discussions and technical problem resolution. 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment. Able to identify potential issues, take the initiative to resolve problems and think through future implications.
