Position Summary

This position is responsible for the coordinating any tasks related to Newbuild productivity or other tools used in the execution of project management. This position will work cross functionally with other departments including our site offices, external partners, ship and consultants to provide uniform support for the execution of all Newbuild & Fleet Modernization projects.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support users with the internal productivity tools. Including setting up new users account. Update and maintain user profile.
  • Organize training sessions with the new hires and create a training schedule and maintain and update user manuals or related documents
  • Maintain issue logs and Communicate with our development team and serve as the liaison between our users and programmers.
  • Create mock ups/wire-frame based on users’ feedback to enhance existing or new tools, Including PowerPoint presentations for training and communication
  • Prepare software enhancement work requests log; monitor, coordinate and report development status and deployment schedule.
  • Keep abreast of technology updates with the team on relevant technology related information, program upgrades and other upcoming changes

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or similar field preferred
  • Minimum of Associates degree from an accredited college or university
  • IT Industry Experience is a plus.

 Knowledge and Skills

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio or Adobe Photoshop
  • System knowledge is a plus in the area of productivity tools and time-sheet management
  • Excellent communication, training and speaking skills
  • Highly organized and works in a collaborative environment
