Position Summary:

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a Product Manager with strong technical experience to join our Digital Product Team where you’ll help define the strategy and execution of our products. You’ll collaborate with product, design, engineering and business stakeholders across the corporation to define the vision for Guest and Employee experiences, across all digital touch points. You’ll also be accountable for the successful launch of digital products from ideation through implementation, as well as ongoing optimization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead product, design and engineering teams in the development and launch of customer-facing Mobile native apps
  • Incorporate product design principles, design patterns and shared code libraries to ensure efficient, consistent and scalable product development
  • Lead teams through a software development lifecycle that leverages agile principles, with the know-how to quickly change and pivot as needed
  • Lead teams in the development of Mobile and Web and solutions, with a deep understanding of how to get consumer-centric solutions to market with a high degree of success
  • Deep knowledge of digital technologies, with an eye toward the continual change in consumer technology, including but not limited to wearables, screen-less UI, artificially intelligent bots and voice recognition


Job Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • 5-7 years in a digital product, design or engineering role
  • Bachelors degree required, with a MS/MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in E2E product development, from frontend to backend, and working with both UI and Services engineers
  • Experience using product analytics and monitoring tools, as well as making data-driven decisions
  • Significant experience in leading teams/organizations in bringing high quality, customer-facing digital products to market
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication and project/program leadership skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and connect unexpected threads across teams
