Support the Business Excellence team in innovating our ways of doing business and driving continuous improvement. Be an operational change agent while consulting with internal & external stakeholders.
Royal Caribbean’s Newbuilding & Fleet Modernization department is comprised by different functions throughout the project life cycle including development, design, contracting and execution for managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. The Business Excellence team is acting as a service function reporting separately to the department leadership. The goal is to improve business performance across the department portfolio and to be the driver on the department’s pursuit of Business Excellence.
