Position Summary:
Now is an exciting time to join Celebrity Cruises as we embark on implementing our roadmap to hit ambitious 2025 growth targets. We now have the plans in place to achieve these targets including a new luxury brand positioning, new audience segmentation and strategies to attract more guests to book with us directly across the EMEA region. This role will be pivotable in the delivery of the EMEA Direct strategy and will work with the Head of CRM and Head of ECommerce to support the CRM and Ecommerce teams for EMEA. You will be required to execute email marketing campaigns, drive loyalty signups, update content across multiple websites, merchandise offers and promotions and deliver timely campaigns and performance reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of CRM and E-commerce campaigns to support the delivery of the Direct strategy for EMEA markets across all applicable marketing channels such as email, social media, online marketing, direct mail etc.
  • Make updates across the EMEA websites as required by the business from a technical, content, legal and SEO perspective either by briefing our web agency or via the CMS ensuring content is up to date and accurate
  • Merchandise the Celebrity Cruises product across the EMEA websites to maximise sales opportunities
  • Support with the implementation of prospect communications in line with the lead generation strategy
  • Support with the delivery of campaigns and activities to enrol and engage Captain’s Club loyalty members in EMEA managed markets, ensuring members are kept up to date with the scheme and that our communications drive affinity to the brand
  • Work with external UX and development partners to capture customer feedback and leverage this insight to drive continuous improvement of online content. This will include competitor reviews to identify and integrate best practice
  • Support in the development and execution of a CRO strategy
  • Support with sprint planning and testing of technical changes to the websites in the UAT environment
  • Write/edit/translate (with the support of a translation agency) product and destination copy to support business requirements with an SEO lens applied
  • Work with and give guidance to external copywriters/translators in order to produce website copy and email copy, proof-read and edit copy as required
  • Provide accurate reporting and insight into the performance of campaigns and marketing activity and make recommendations for future optimisations
  • Conduct product/campaign presentations and training as and when required to call centre staff and other areas of the business
  • Work with all relevant agencies and ensure that their work adds value and costs are competitive
  • Raise POs, update budget tracker and support team with financial administration
  • Work with US counterparts to share knowledge and experiences for new test and learn strategies
  • Other duties as deemed necessary to deliver the Ecommerce and CRM marketing strategies in line with agreed business targets.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working within a CRM & Digital/E-commerce marketing environment
  • Proven ability to manage CRM and Digital marketing campaigns with experience of loyalty marketing desirable
  • An understanding of customer data/segments and using CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated ease and interest in working with data, including standard email engagement metrics and web reporting analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Previous experience using a content management system to manage website content an advantage such as AEM, Kentico, Umbraco
  • Experience in reporting and evaluating campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to write copy for editorial online content an advantage
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop and HTML knowledge an advantage
  • Professional Marketing qualification preferable
  • Highly analytical and results focused
  • Highly organised and capable of juggling many tasks at once

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with dealing with internal and external partners
