Position Summary


Guest Information Data Entry Clerk is responsible for processing  trade partners, guest, crew and employee surveys, emails and forms. The Data Entry employee compares data on screen with source document or re-enters data in verification format.  Employee also maintains the company marketing database by processing forms received from various sources. Perform Administrative tasks which include coupon, gift and national account redemption's by verifying eligibility of special rates and promotions.  All processing is measured for productivity purposes. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment of guests in Loyalty database program.
  • Pre and Post Cruise data entry of guest information to create marketing database.
  • Trade Partner, Shareholder and Guest coupon redemption by verifying eligibility of special rates and promotions.
  • Amenity order processing including guest and credit card information.
  • Processing of guest Balance Due Invoices and emails.
  • Entering guest or crew information from random surveys.
  • Maintain guest demographic and personal information in marketing database system.
  • Scanning of received forms to appropriate email queue.

 

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • High School graduate required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Employee must pass required levels of typing and accuracy
  • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, in a fast faced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Able to exercise astute judgment and follow outlined procedures with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills are required e.g. percentages, addition, multiplication and division.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Access, Siebel CRS, UCM, Loyalty and As400 Colonial Reservation and Data Entry screens.
