Brief Description of team: Campus Recruiting | Human Resources
We attend university career fairs, build relationships with university contacts in order to recruit students/recent graduates for internships and entry level job opportunities. Additionally, our team oversees the Intern Program, including event planning and execution.

Brief Description of Intern Project
This intern will be responsible for assisting the Summer Intern Orientation as well as support all Summer Intern Programming. The intern will play a critical role in communication, marketing, and execution internal events. There will be ad hoc projects related to Campus Recruiting throughout the summer.                    

Job Requirements

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate degree program related to Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or similar field. 
- A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
- Strong organization skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
- Values teamwork and collaboration
- Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
- Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to dedicated to continuous improvement
