Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee the Corporate Talent Acquisition Administrative function.
  • The Associate will manage the recruitment process for bulk positions, contractor conversions, temps on payroll, etc. and will support the digital recruiter in sourcing quality candidates for open positions through job postings, social media, job boards, etc. 
  • In addition, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Sr. Digital Recruiter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attract, source, and conduct in-depth screenings to assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills match, qualifications, and compensation expectations.
  • Work with Engineering & Product Management & Sr. Digital Recruiter on hiring needs.
  • Identify hard to find passive talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation and talent assessment.
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long-term opportunities.
  • Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to work with recruiting tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Attend career fairs, conferences and hiring events and help source top quality talent from such events.
  • Oversee, organize and prioritize the new hire processing function to ensure smooth onboarding transition into the company.
  • Act as back up to Recruitment Coordinator to process new hires in a timely fashion
  • Manage bulk recruitment, contractor conversions and temps on payroll
  • Assist with internal recruitment.
  • Assist with creating job postings and qualifying questions in CareerBuilder
  • Assist with sourcing and social media recruiting initiatives
  • Welcome new hires into the organization on their first day
  • Perform other administrative responsibilities as needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/MIS/Computer Science preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in a fast paced administrative role with increasing responsibility
    Experience working in Human Resources preferred



Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong computer skills including Expert Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Must be a team player
  • Knowledge of social media recruitment and networking strategies
  • Excellent customer service experience and the ability to be responsive on a consistent basis
  • Ability to take initiative and execute sound judgment and decision making
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business
