Job Description


The Analyst will have a key role in the pricing team of not only assisting the Lead of Pricing Systems and Operations but working on system enhancements as well.  The analyst will also be responsible for assisting in setting up promotions consisting of brand, flash, casino, next cruise, promo code driven offers among others.


  • Responsible for leading system enhancements as it relates to BRMS.
  • Once there is agreement on the enhancements, the Analyst will be responsible for developing an implementation plan and working with IT teams to execute.
  • Responsible for assisting on promotional audits and communicating to Management.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to achieve revenue targets in excess of $2B in annual net ticket revenue.
  • Responsible for learning the pricing and promotions systems to set up timely promotions.
  • Ensure cross team collaboration mindset is instituted and followed through with timelines and goals
  • Work with management to identify and develop initiatives to increase ancillary Guarantee Masking, NCCF and promotional efficiencies.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university required with focus in quantitative discipline preferred
  • 1-3 years related experience in financial / business analysis or related field required
  • Familiarization with revenue management concepts and tools required


  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret revenue performance data
  • Ability to structure logically quantitative analysis of issues
  • Ability to operate in cross functional environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently and use proper judgment
  • Willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in global environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is absolutely required
  • Competency of computer systems and applications is essential, with an emphasis on the ability to access and manipulate data from a variety of sources
  • Proficiency in Hyperion and Colonial/AS400 is required
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage operate in a team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Revenue Management and micro-economics is preferred
