Brief Description of Team & Intern Project

As the parent company of global cruise brands Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, and Silversea Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is looking for a rising 3L to participate in a Fall semester internship program, which begins in September 2019.

The intern will assist corporate counsel with a wide scope of transactional and litigation matters, including advertising, intellectual property, technology and supply agreements, consumer and data privacy, employment, maritime and personal injury litigation, and corporate compliance, and will conduct legal research, draft agreements and communicate directly with business clients.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?

  • Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor program at an accredited law school and be a rising 3L student
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
  • Excited to collaborate and eager to learn from others
  • Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
  • Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to continuous improvement
